In the next three days your student's group will rotate jobs. The goal is to have each student do each job at least once. This process will consist of research being done on the tradition chosen and the recipe. Each job has a specific task to complete and do a great job of dissecting the recipe and traditions to insure that each part of the research is covered. In addition this ensures that the work is being evenly distributed throughout the group.
Each time one job is completed, that worksheet will be passed on to the next person holding that same job title. This way, the student does not overlap on research already done. At the end of the research period the goal is to have enough clear research to create a cookbook page.
**Homework for these three nights will be to complete the job worksheets if they did not complete them in class. I will ask of you to make sure that your student completes and brings them back to class. The continuation and flow of the group depend on the cooporation of you and your student.
